Horner Park is about a half-acre site located just north of downtown
Ripon, near the outlet of the Gothic Mill Pond. Silver Creek runs through this park. This park is also adjacent to the abandoned C&NW railroad right-of-way and has the potential to be linked to other areas of the city by a walking path. Horner Park is an open space with grass and trees.
