Facilities

Note:

1. Payment is due at the time the reservation is made. Note, a $100 (without kitchen use) or $150 (with kitchen use) deposit is due at the time of rental. Deposits will be returned based on the condition of the Senior Activity Center after rental.
2. Please leave the facility the way that you found it. Applicants must remove all garbage from facility and place in appropriate trash cans found in the Senior Center parking lot. Failure to clean up the facilities could result in the loss of your deposit.
3. Senior Activity Center should have the counters and tables wiped down; floors swept and mop any stains or sticky spots that may be found on the floor.
4. Senior Activity Center should not have any type of grease dumped down the sink.
5. No tape, adhesives, nails, screws, staples, tacks, or pins are allowed in or on walls, woodworking, windows, furniture, building exteriors or grounds of the Senior Activity Center. All decorations must be removed after the event.
6. The City does not provide kitchen supplies for applicants at the Senior Activity Center.
7. You are only permitted to use the kitchen, if you pay the kitchen deposit fee.
8. *Lights automatically will turn off in the Senior Activity Center*
9. No alcohol is allowed in the Senior Activity Center
