Join us immediately following the Selfridge Park Grand Opening for a fun-filled youth fishing event that brings kids and local police officers together for a hands-on day at the pond!
Cops & Bobbers is open to youth ages 5–13 of all experience levels. No fishing experience is needed, volunteers and officers will be on hand to help participants. Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay and participate.

Time: 10:30 AM–12:30 PM
Location: Selfridge Park
Registration Check-in: 9:45 AM–10:15 AM
Lunch will be provided for all registered participants. Participants will also have the chance to win draw prizes and compete for trophies awarded in different fishing categories. Fishing gear will be available for those who do not have their own equipment. Participants are welcome to bring their own rod and reel. For safety reasons, fly fishing rods are not permitted.
Fishing License Requirement:
Anyone over the age of 16 participating in the event must have a valid Wisconsin fishing license.
Registration is limited to the first 100 participants!
